Rui's Shanghai Bistro features freshly made and authentic Shanghai cuisine that is in a word-SUPERB!
They have an extensive menu of very delicious and authentic Shanghai dishes featuring appetizers, poultry, pork, beef, lamb, shrimp, fish, veggies, rice, noodle, wontons, and house specials served fresh daily.
We had delicious steamed dumplings,-tasty,salt and pepper shrimp with shells-excellent,braised beef noodle soup-soo tasty ,egg fried rice, silver noodle with minced pork-delish.
Drink wise we had he very traditional Jia Duo Boa and plum drink.
The service from the minute you walk in throughout your meal is excellent, the portions are very generous and prices are very reasonable for such authentic Shanghai cuisine! We were served by Marsha and Eric who were so friendly and offered many suggestions!
The restaurant is sparkling clean with tables for, four and for small groups.
Plenty of free parking too!
You will be sooo glad you stopped in to Rui's
Shanghai Bistro!

This is our new favorite place for Chinese food, or really just any time we want something that's any combination of the following: 1) delicious 2) hearty 3) quick 4) well priced, and 5) has something for everyone.
The staff are friendly, the servings are generous, and you'll find a good variety of menu items including vegetarian/vegan options and more traditional Chinese dishes.
We've used both the take out and dining in as options.
My favorites are the BBQ pork appetizer and the braised beef noodle soup. The Shanghai thick noodle dish is also a go-to if I'm not in the mood for soup. Don't pass this place up. -

An early dinner on the 4th with my girlfriend brought us to the small, but comfortable, establishmemt. We started with the steamed dumplings (5-Stars), moved on the the shredded pork in garlic sauce, fried rice and soft tofu in brown sauce. All were 5-Stars! The food was soooo good. The service was spot on as we never felt the need to ask for anything.
Great food and service! We'll definitely be back for more! -

The service here is fast and friendly. I ordered Taiwanese spicy beef noodles and it was good. I definitely want to come back to try out more. This is totally a gem in the area. The price is affordable too.
This restaurant has a little more upscale vibe and very affordable price. However, I think if they used porcelain to serve foods, it will make things more upscale than using plastic stuffs.
Highly recommend! -

Came to Rui's Bistro for lunch at the recommendation of a coworker. Arrived at around 11:20 (no wait) and decided on a black pepper chicken lunch special. This was an awesome meal at a great price ($7.99)! The waiter was polite and the dining room was very clean. Looking forward to trying other lunch special items. Why eat fast food when there's delicious made to order food at this price?
